Indesit doesn't make water heaters; Ariston heaters come from the separate company Ariston Group. Send a photo of the heater's label and its type, and we'll check whether we can service it.

An air conditioner labeled Indesit?

Indesit's official catalog has no air conditioners, and no Indesit AC is sold in Egyptian stores. Send a photo of the indoor unit's label and we'll check the real brand.

How is the cost of Indesit repair worked out?

There's no single price for “washer repair” or “fridge repair”. Inspection and travel fees are given when you book; parts and labor after diagnosis and before any work, plus any transport of the appliance or board if needed.

Is the inspection done at home?

Most faults are inspected where the appliance is. If the repair needs a workshop (such as a board repair), we agree the time and cost first and give you a receipt before taking anything away.

Are all Indesit spare parts available?

Availability and part type are confirmed by the model and part number. We tell you what's available, its price and how long it takes before you approve.

How long is the repair warranty?

6 months on the repair performed, with its scope and terms written on the invoice. It's separate from the manufacturer's purchase warranty.

Are you the official Indesit agent in Egypt?

No. We are an independent repair center for out-of-warranty Indesit appliances. If your appliance is still under warranty, go to the provider named on your warranty card or the store you bought it from.
